Apartment order
The visitor photo contract is concluded as soon as the apartment by telephone or in writing was commanded and agreed. At that is dringent too em-pfehlen, to indicate the complete home address since else no safety is given to the booking.
The end of the visitor photo contract obliges both pages to his compliance.
The visitor obliges for the date-moderate assumption of the apartment, the landlord for the booked appropriation.
In order to be able to carry out a thorough cleaning during the visitor alternation, the accommodation is available at the day of the journey from 15.00 o'clock and is on departure to to evacuate 10.00 o'clock at the latest.
The final cleaning enclosure in the price does not include the equipment-purge. This is to be carried out from the visitor itself and set up if it must be finished by the landlord with € 25,-- into account.
You report pieces of furniture broken or gotten please so that substitute can be achieved.
In case of non-stress of the booked apartment the agreed upon price is in height of 20 % minus the expenditures spared the tenant, to pay as 80 % of the rent.
Around precipitates avoid or to hold in a small way, it is kept the landlord according to Treu and belief to sublet the not used apartment as quickly as possible. Until then the ones identified above are 80 % of the rent due.
The indicated prices are valid from a stay duration of 4 days. In case of short rental an extra charge can be raised.
Cure valuation
In the quarter Nieder-Werbe a cure valuation is raised by the 01st May until 31st October for all persons from the 12th year per day in height from € 0,50.
The cure card is valid in the entire whale deck Franconian mountain rural district and offers numerous sales allowances as ermssigten entry to events, leisure time furnishings, museums etc.
